One-Hour PT Sessions: Through Google Meet, we'll connect for focused and productive one-hour training sessions.
Unlimited Support: Have a question or need guidance outside our training times? I am available to provide support and guidance 24/7.
Mindset & Motivation: I will help keep you consistent and accountable on your fitness journey.
Progress Tracking: We'll closely monitor your progress, celebrating your achievements and making adjustments as needed.
The standard rate for Online Personal Training is 89 USD per session. There is a 149 USD programming fee every eight weeks. You will save 10% if you commit to 8 weeks of training upfront. Most of my clients have been training with me consistently for years with two or three sessions per week.
